About the Case

Development of an international version of the website for Marchand Gallery became an important step in promoting Russian contemporary art in the global market, with a special focus on the UAE region. The project aimed to create a digital showcase demonstrating a unique collection of paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts to an international audience.

Task

The main goal of the project was to create a festival-format website capable of attracting international audience attention to Russian contemporary art. The site needed to not just present the collection but also emphasize the art bureau's status in the global art space, creating an impressive visual experience for visitors.

/

Where We Started

Work began with a deep analysis of contemporary art perception in an international context. Special attention was paid to the possibilities of digital technologies in art presentation. A key decision was the transformation of renowned sculptor Kirill Protopopov's work into an interactive 3D object, which became the central element of the homepage.

/

Prototype

The site architecture was built with a priority on visual perception. The 3D sculpture took center stage, not only creating an impressive first contact with the site but also demonstrating the synthesis of classical art and modern technology. Each subsequent section was designed to maintain the established level of visual impact.

Final Product

The result was a website where technology and art create a unique experience of interacting with cultural content. Using Webflow ensured flawless performance and smooth animations, while the integration of the 3D object on the homepage became a vivid example of how digital technologies can present classical art in a new light. Special attention was paid to adapting content for an international audience, taking into account the cultural characteristics of the target region.

/

Marketing Result

The new website successfully addresses the challenge of Marchand Gallery's international promotion, creating a platform where art overcomes language and cultural barriers. The integration of 3D sculpture and Webflow's high performance create a memorable user experience that effectively demonstrates both the collection's artistic value and the art bureau's technological progressiveness.
